Fraser Deacon has represented the Children's Mental Health Ontario benefit plan since 1992. The CMHO group insurance benefit plan is available to all Member Centres of the CMHO regardless of size.

The benefit plan is insured through Great-West Life Assurance Company and there are approximately 1,000 employees currently enrolled.
